Shipping Policy

- Order Processing: Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped through our trusted third-party logistic partners.
- Quality Check: Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
- Dispatch Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 7–8 working days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high demand during sales.
- Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your delivery status. In case of multiple shipments, each will have a separate tracking ID.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all products across India.
- Undelivered Orders: If our delivery partner is unable to deliver the order, it will be returned to us. You will then be contacted for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
Cancellation Policy

- You may cancel an order only if it has not been shipped.
- If the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible online. Please contact our Customer Care at support@11flowers.in for support.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once delivered.
- Partial cancellations are not allowed. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, the entire order must be cancelled and placed again.
Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of our products (essential oils, perfumes, and attars), we do not accept returns for opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
We will replace products only if they are:

- Wrongly delivered (different from what you ordered).
- Damaged or defective upon delivery.
Steps for Replacement:
- Email us at support@11flowers.in within 24 hours of delivery.

- Include clear photos of the product, outer box, delivery label, and issue.
- Alternatively, you may call/WhatsApp us at +91-6396602757.
- Ship the product back to us with all packaging, labels, and barcodes intact.
- Once received and inspected, we will ship the correct replacement product.
⚠️ Partial returns or “keep some items, return others” are not allowed.
Refund Policy

- Before Shipment: If you cancel before your order is dispatched, we will process a full refund within 48 hours.
- After Shipment/Returns: Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product. If approved:
- Refunds are processed after deducting shipping (if applicable) and payment gateway charges (2%).
- Refunds are initiated within 7 working days of approval.
- Your bank may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the refund.
🚫 International Orders: No refunds or returns are allowed for international purchases. We ensure deliveries through trusted partners to avoid bad delivery experiences.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
